Choose this option on the busy mornings when you barely even have time to scratch yourself. ONE Minute to win the Morning.

Suggested Ingredients:

You can add Yoga Food to 300ml of any of the following:

  • organic apple juice,
  • coconut water,
  • almond milk,
  • or even just plain water.

Method: Mix your Yoga Food into liquid and stir or shake.

 

3 MIN

If you love wholefoods--but not a whole of mess, and if you've got a couple more minutes up your sleeve then you can definitely Win the day with this 3 minute option.

Suggested Ingredients:

Add Yoga Food to:

  • 1 x Frozen banana
  • Frozen raspberries (handful)
  • Liquid of choice (same as 1 Minute Option above).

 

Method: Blend and drink! 

 

 

5 MIN

Win the weekends with the 5 minute option that's especially perfect after yoga practice or exercise. Get your master chef on by topping it with colour and crunch.

Suggested Ingredients:

You can mix Yoga Food with frozen banana or raspberries, nut milk or water, and top it off with your choice of berries, nuts (walnuts / macademias / almonds), or seeds (chia / sesame / gluten free granola), and maybe throw in some Forage Cereals.
