Winter Warmer Recipe

 

INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp Yoga Food
1 cup hazelnut milk or other nut/rice/oat milk
Chai spice blend (either a good quality wet chai e.g. prana chai,
or make your own using 1 cinnamon stick, 4 cardomom pods, 3 cloves, 1 star anise + 1 tsp ground nutmeg)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1-2 tbsp coconut butter or oil (optional)

METHOD: gently melt all ingredients together in a saucepan over a low heat for 5-10 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
