Recovery Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp Yoga Food
1 banana +/or half a ripe avocado
1 tbsp raw activated pumpkin seeds.
1 tbsp raw cacao
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
juice + flesh of 1 fresh young coconut or 1 tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil + 2 tbsp coconut butter + small bottle coconut water


METHOD: 

Whizz all ingredients up in a blender! If you prefer a thinner consistency, add some filtered water and blend again.
