Detox Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

2 tbsp Yoga Food
2 stalks of celery
small bunch fresh coriander or parsley or both
1 tbsp sunflower seeds or sunflower seed butter
1 tsp matcha green tea powder
1 tbsp black chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
juice + flesh of 1 fresh young coconut or 1 tbsp cold-pressed extra virgin coconut oil + 2 tbsp coconut butter + small bottle coconut water

METHOD: Whizz all ingredients up in a blender! If you prefer a thinner consistency, add some filtered water and blend again.
