Energizing Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Yoga Food
2 leaves Tuscan kale
5 strawberries or mixed berries
1 banana
1 tbsp cold-press extra virgin coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut butter
1 tsp mesquite powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder

METHOD: Whizz all ingredients up in a blender! If you prefer a thinner consistency, add some filtered water and blend again.
